The
Texas Association of Health Plans is the primary association
that leaders in the Texas legislature, the Governor, and
various state agencies refer to on matters affecting the
ability of health plans to provide access to quality healthcare.
The association provides various benefits including: advocating
on behalf of health plans before the legislature and state
agencies, providing timely news and updates to members,
faciliting communications efforts with the media and the
general public. There are three tiers of membership available:
operational members, associate members, and affiliate
members.
