Joe earned a master’s degree in business administration
from Central Missouri State University, a bachelor
in healthcare management and human resources
from Park College, Parkville, MO, and a bachelors
in liberal arts from the University of Missouri
at Kansas City.
Cecil has been a healthcare executive for twenty-five
years. He has served as the executive director
and COO of a major provider-owned health plan
serving over 60,000 lives. In addition, he has
been a hospital administrator with responsibilities
for managed care and patient financial services.
Today, Cecil is responsible for third party
administrator operations for health plan clients
in the areas of claims, provider relations,
contracting, customer service, medical management
and reporting.
