 Louis Bratton.
Louis Bratton has represented victims and families in personal injury and wrongful death claims since October of 1980. He is licensed to practice in all Federal Courts in the state of Texas, as well as in 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Bratton has argued cases before the Courts of Appeals of the state Texas, including the Texas Supreme Court, as well as before the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Mr. Bratton graduated in 1980 from Southern Methodist University, with highest Honors, and earned his J.D. at the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Texas Bar Foundation, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals. Mr. Bratton is also the editor of the Personal Injury Trial Board Certification Exam.
Mr. Bratton and the Bratton Firm have developed and implemented a new model for subrogation management. While his firm has represented numerous entities in all forms of subrogation claims, their focus has been on representing self-insured health plans.
