Patricia Andriolo-Bull, helps provide vision and leadership for the creation, implementation and management of the commercial products under Massachusetts Health Care Reform (HCR). Patricia is a key member of executive team responsible for implementing HCR. She has Led strategy and direction related to the launch of the Commonwealth Choice program. She launched the Commonwealth Choice program in under three months to meet tight legislative deadlines and budget. She also spearheaded continuous improvement initiatives to increase profitability by improving quality, growing revenue and decrease costs. She also helped develop and manage strategic relationships with private health organizations, third-party vendors, consultants and large employers. She has presented state-wide, nationally and to media and international audiences on Commonwealth Choice and HCR.
