Rosland McLoed
Rosland Fisher McLeod is an experienced healthcare practitioner. with significant experience in hospital legal operations, corporate compliance and healthcare business transactions. Additionally, she has advised organizations on complex healthcare laws and regulations , including the Stark Law and Fraud and Abuse compliance. She has experience with both corporate diversity and supplier diversity efforts within the health care arena.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. McLeod worked as consultant advising pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, hospitals, physican practices and other firm clients on business strategies. She was also the Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Ethics & Compliance Officer at the healthcare industry’s leading group purchasing organization serving over 3500 not for profit hospitals and other health care organizations. Prior to that, she served as the vice president of legal operations for one of the country’s leading for profit hospital companies.
