 Lori Andersen, MS
Assistant Director, HEDIS Policy, NCQA
Ms. Andersen is a key member of NCQA's Policy department where she manages the implementation of new and existing HEDIS measures. She is responsible for shaping HEDIS policy and providing technical expertise in instrumentation and specification development.
Ms. Andersen manages the annual production of multiple HEDIS publications and facilitates the HEDIS Expert Coding Panel. She is leading NCQA’s effort to make HEDIS and other performance measurement products compliant with ICD-10. She provides technical assistance in interpreting HEDIS specifications for internal and external constituents and represents NCQA as a speaker at professional conferences.
Lori earned an M.S. in Evaluative Clinical Sciences from Dartmouth College and a B.A. in English from St. Michael’s College.
