  Stephanie Rose

Insurance Industry Manager, Security Micro Imaging

Ms. Rose works with insurance companies nationwide to optimize processes to achieve operational cost savings, regulatory compliance and create competitive advantage.  Her focus on health plans wields a personalized understanding of Health Reform implications on internal and external operations and processes.  She has assisted health plans in assessing current state and providing strategies and best practices for process design to play in new markets including state exchanges.  With her knowledge in the Enterprise Content Management (ECM), Records Management, and Business Process Management (BPM) space, Stephanie offers clients short-term methods to improve operations and strategies to build long-term strategies for technology-enabled optimization.  She is an active volunteer with several industry organizations including the Insurance Accounting and Systems Association (IASA,) Board Member of the Chicago IASA Chapter, and a Health Committee Member of the International Claims Association (ICA.)  She holds the certification of PAHM (Professional, Academy for Healthcare Management) from America’s Health Insurance Plans, and ECMp (Enterprise Content Management Professional) from the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM.)  Stephanie graduated from Marian University with a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication and resides in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
