DentaQuest Named ‘Best’ in Dental Plan Customer Satisfaction by J.D. Power for 4th Consecutive Year

The 2019 study of more than 1,400 U.S. dental plan members demonstrates continued improvement and commitment to oral health
DentaQuest, the nation’s leading purpose-driven oral health organization, ranks highest in customer satisfaction with dental plan insurers, according to the 2019 J.D. Power Dental Plan Satisfaction ReportSM. The report measures customer satisfaction across key performance areas including communications, cost, coverage, and customer service.
DentaQuest ranked highest with 810 on a 1,000-point scale, which is 38 points above the report average and 30 points ahead of the next ranked plan. In particular, the organization earned top rank in customer service experience, cost and coverage, and communication.
